ROUTE 66 ROUTE BEER FLOAT CAKE
1¼ cups Route 66 Root Beer
1 package of white cake mix
2 large fresh eggs
¼ cup vegetable oil
Preheat oven to 350F degrees
With mixer on low, beat together Route 66 Route Beer, cake mix, and eggs, oil for about 2 minutes, increasing mixer speed to medium and beat for another 3 minutes
Pour batter into a greased 9x13 inch-baking pan, bake for 30-35 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool
TOPPING
½ cup Route 66 Root Beer
1 cup whipped topping
Stir together in a bowl -
Spread Route 66 Route Beer topping over the cake
